Can you oversee the refurbishment from beginning to end?

I already have an interior designer/architect on board can you work with them?
Yes, we are used to working with other parties involved in refurbishment projects, particularly larger projects. We can work seamlessly with other contractors to make sure your project is completed to the highest possible standard, on time and on budget.
Can you provide estimates for cost and duration of the work?
Yes, after we have visited your property and gathered all the information we need for your project we will be able to put together an accurate quote for the cost and amount of time needed. Can there be unexpected costs?
Yes, we are always honest with our clients and try to be as accurate as possible with our quotes, however with all building works there can be unexpected costs. It is possible that once work begins we discover a structural fault which could take time to fix or alter refurbishment plans, clients also change their minds about designs/materials during the process. In any case your dedicated project manager will keep you up to date throughout the process and will do their best to stay on budget.
Will you take care of the waste from the refurbishment?
Yes, we will deal with any waste from the refurbishment project and make sure it is properly disposed of and recycled.
Can you take over from another contractor?
Yes, if you have been let down by another contractor we can pick up the project. However we would need to review the project and the work that has been done to make sure it is up to our high standard, we may need to re do elements if we believe it is not up to scratch.
Can you refurbish my office without disrupting my business?
Yes, allowing your business to continue to run safely with as little disruption as possible is always our priority. Your dedicated manager will put together schedules and risk assessments to make sure that we can complete the refurbishment as smoothly as possible, this can sometimes mean setting up a temporary office space somewhere else or us working outside of your opening hours, our project managers will find solutions to make sure the office refurbishment is stress free for you and your employees.
What is the process for an office refurbishment?
There are three steps to creating your perfect office space.

Firstly we would arrange a consultation where we would listen to your needs and identify your objectives for the new office space.
Step 2
We then design a new office layout for you, maximising the use of the space, ensuring it is compliant with all health and safety laws and also incorporating your brand in to the new design as well. We would create visuals for your feedback, this is a collaborative process and we want to get the design perfectly tailored for your needs. We can then give you options for materials and finishes, giving you estimates for cost and schedule.
Step 3
Your project manager will then oversee the works according to an agreed schedule. We will ensure that your employees can continue to work and any disruption is kept to a minimum.
